What happens if an item I ordered is oversold?
If an item is oversold and cannot be fulfilled, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. You will receive an email notification regarding the refund processing time.
Will I be refunded automatically if my order is canceled?
Yes, if your order is canceled due to stock availability or any other reason, a full refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Will I get a refund if my order is partially fulfilled due to out-of-stock items?
Yes, absolutely. If we can't fulfill part of your order, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method for the unavailable items.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to be processed once approved. The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
How do I know if a product is oversold?
If a product is oversold, it won’t ship out. If an item in your order is oversold, you will receive a refund or a credit voucher.
Can I get a refund if an item I purchased goes on sale after my order?
Tupperware does not offer price adjustments for items that go on sale after purchase. All prices at the time of purchase are final. We recommend you contact our Customer Service Line for further review.
What should I do if I experience an injury or property damage related to a Tupperware product?
If you experience an injury or property damage, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. We will guide you through the process and may ask for additional details, such as photos, receipts, or medical bills, to assist with your case.
