The Tupperware® Premium Product Warranty covers select cookware, knives, and specialty items marked with a ‘P’ symbol under a Lifetime Warranty. However, certain actions or conditions may invalidate this warranty or are excluded from coverage. Below are the specific exclusions for each Premium Product category:
Daily Universal Cookware and Chef Series II Hard-Anodized Aluminum Cookware
The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
- Minor imperfections or surface markings from shipping.
- Slight color variations.
- Breakage of glass covers.
- Damage from overheating, aerosol cooking sprays, improper cleaning, dishwasher use, or caustic/non-approved cleaners.
- White marks or blue-brown marks on stainless steel bases.
- Holes in the bottom or pitting corrosion caused by salt.
- Rust.
- Scratches.
- Damage, browning, peeling, or scratches to coating, including non-stick coating.
- Mineral deposits.
- Any damage that does not impair the product’s functionality.
The following actions will invalidate the warranty:
- Using non-stick cookware on high heat for extended periods.
- Using aerosol cooking sprays.
- Washing non-stick cookware in a dishwasher.
- Using metal utensils on non-stick surfaces.
- Using scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleaners, or bleach.
Ultra Pro Ovenware
The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
- Breakage due to dropping or impact.
- Heat distortion or heat-caused blistering.
- Cuts or scratches.
- Indentations caused by contact with kitchen preparation tools.
Microwave Pressure Cooker
- Silicone parts are provided AS-IS and are excluded from warranty coverage entirely.
Universal Knives
The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
- Heat damage.
- Black marks (rust) on the knife.
- Blunt blade.
- Broken blade (without dark stains).
- Cracking.
- Breaking of the knife point.
- Warping of the blade edge.
MicroPro® Grill
The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
- Minor imperfections or surface markings from shipping.
- Slight color variations.
- Damage from overheating, aerosol cooking sprays, improper cleaning, dishwasher use, or caustic/non-approved cleaners.
- Any damage that does not impair the product’s functionality.
The following actions will invalidate the warranty:
- Using the product under high heat for extended periods.
- Using aerosol cooking sprays.
- Washing in a dishwasher.
- Using metal utensils on non-stick surfaces.
- Using scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleaners, or bleach.
