How to Find Your Tupperware® Mold NumberUpdated 2 months ago
Every Tupperware® product includes a small mold number that helps us identify the exact item when you need warranty service.
Follow these simple steps to locate it:
Step 1: Examine the Bottom or Inside Surface
Turn your product upside down or look carefully inside the piece.
- The mold number is usually engraved or embossed in very small print.
- It may appear as a two- to five-digit number (for example, “123,” “404-5,” or “1012”).
Step 2: Check Near the Logo or Recycling Symbol
- Look close to the Tupperware® logo or the recycling triangle symbol.
- Sometimes it’s beside words like “Tupperware®,” “Made in USA,” or “Mexico.”
Step 3: Avoid Confusing It with Other Numbers
- Do not use the “Part Number,” “Item Number,” or “Pat. Pending” text — those are different.
- The mold number does not include letters or long product codes.
Step 4: Record the Number
Write the mold number exactly as shown — including any dash (–) if it appears. Example: “404-5”
Step 5: Submit Your Claim
Use this mold number when completing your Warranty Claim Form or contacting [email protected] for assistance.
