Do products purchased from a retailer still qualify for warranty?Updated 2 months ago
Yes, all Tupperware® products are covered under our current warranty guidelines, regardless of where they were purchased (e.g., from a Tupperware® Consultant, retailer, or Tupperware.com). Warranty coverage depends on the product’s marking and type, such as:
- 10-Year Limited Warranty: Covers chips, cracks, breaks, peels, or warps under normal domestic use (no symbol).
- 1-Year Quality Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects (marked ‘Q’).
- 30-Day Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase (marked ‘G’).
- Premium Product Warranty: Lifetime warranty for select cookware, knives, and specialty items (marked ‘P’).
- No Warranty: Products sold as-is (marked ‘Z’).
To confirm your product’s warranty, check the Date of Manufacturing (DOM) and product marking.
